After 10 years of working with international brands in media and marketing, locally and abroad, CBD Marketing was created by Christine Bekker in 2015.
Today the company specialises in integrating traditional marketing with digital marketing and specifically the effective combination of influencers and events to achieve a client’s desired goals.
We focus on prestige brands and understand how to operate with international guidelines and standards to execute successful campaigns. We combine business, marketing, communications and design thinking to develop meaningful, differentiated and authentic plans tailored for every client.

When I first saw the ad “Super Woman in need of a Sidekick” in 2018, I never anticipated the journey to follow.
Back then, CBD Marketing was known as Christine Bekker Designs and together Christine and I started building the CBD brand. We had some great, less great and super crazy times, but I can honestly say – we never engaged in an angry/ugly conversation (with either our clients, influencers or each other).

Cotton On Campaign -> Tough as hell, but most rewarding.
Blitzboks Ladies Morning -> What can I say, I love events (and Rugby).
Hollard Dare Devil Run -> Charity work is so rewarding.
Lumka Ladies Getaway -> Not really a campaign, but we organised a weekend away for a group of ladies from Johannesburg. Their appreciation and enjoyment was the biggest reward.
So, where to from here? I am leaving the life of working with several brands to focus all my energy on a skincare brand – iS CLINICAL (parent brand – Sternlaser). Although I am heartbroken for leaving CBD Marketing, it really is time to spread my wings.
